Returns are accepted for Store Credit ONLY.
Exceptions for Exchange or Store Credit:
Baccio Couture, Tracy N Collection and Cioccolato Couture are brands  made to order. Therefore we CAN NOT accept Exchanges or Returns for Store Credit.
Store Credit are valid for One Year from the date of purchase.

Please note, that ALL items must have their original tags attached, be unworn and unwashed.

• You will have 7 days from delivery of your package to file a return claim with customer service. 
• If a product you receive is damaged during shipment, or is not what you ordered, we can send a replacement. We will provide a prepaid return label for our U.S. customers.
